Mr. Gordon Stevens received the majority of his dance training at the SCHOOL OF AMERICAN BALLET, the official school of the New York City Ballet company, for 4 years before he was invited to join the NEW YORK CITY BALLET company at the age of 18. Gordon danced professionally with the company for over 15 years, preforming over 50 ballets by
choreographers such as George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, and Peter Martins.

You can see Mr. Gordon in George Balanchine's film THE NUTCRACKER with Macaulay Culkin. He also preformed with Ray Charles for the
televised "Live at Lincoln Center".
Mr. Gordon's classes focus on neoclassical technique where line, precision, and speed are emphasized. He is dedicated to helping dancers reach their fullest potential, while instilling a passion for the art of movement.
